Measurements, Sketches and Photographs The next step is for our designer to collect key measurements and sketches or photographs of the existing property. It is this information that aides our designer through the many resources we use to carefully select the material choices, shapes, textures and features that will make up the design for your property. A Comprehensive Proposal Finally, we provide a comprehensive written proposal and contract (including a design sketch when applicable). The proposal addresses the goals to be achieved, and our vision on how to achieve them.
